By 2008, there were foreclosed houses on seemingly every street and foreclosures for sale filling the MLS listings.
This foreclosure market has definitely had an impact on my business, as it has the practices of lawyers, mortgage brokers, and financial planners I know. The good news is, there are new alternatives to foreclosure available today.
